FRIDAY

EDUCATOR SYMPOSIUM ​in English:  Arrive and check-in by 9.  First session is 9-Noon, followed by lunch and then an afternoon session ending at 4PM.  Take a break then come back for Dinner and the Keynote at 6PM.  Then join us for fun and socializing at 7:30 for our evening reception.

MAIN CONFERENCE in Spanish:  Arrive and check-in by 9:30.  Our parent orientation has been replaced by a Plenary Session that will cover the same material.  Breakout sessions will be upstairs.  Box lunches (with children, if applicable) followed by two more breakouts.  Take a break then come back for Dinner and the Keynote at 6PM.  Then join us for fun and socializing at 7:30 for our evening reception.

CHILDREN (bilingual).  Children eat breakfast with their parents and then get dropped off by 8:30 for one of two programs based on age.  Parents pick-up children for box lunches and then drop them back off until after the main conference.  Kids can take a break with their parents then come back for dinner and more fun in the evening!

EDUCATOR SYMPOSIUM ​in English:  Check in from 8:30-9:30 and join us for a brief plenary session, then pick up some more PDUs with more symposia and a plated lunch at noon!  At 2PM, check out the incredible things the kids have been up to at the YL SimuNation™ World's fair, then join us for closing keynote speech!

MAIN CONFERENCE ​in Spanish:  Check in from 8:30-9:30 and enjoy breakfast with your children, then drop them off and join us for a plenary session, then grab two more breakouts and an all-adult plated lunch, too!  At 2PM, see what your the children have been up to at the YL SimuNation™ World's fair, then join us for closing keynote speech!

CHILDCARE ​bilingual:  Eat breakfast with their parents then rejoin childcare.  Box lunches will be with other students.  At 2PM older children will present at the YL SimuNation™ World's fair, then break-out again until parents finish.
