Make OACE Annual Winter Conferences part of your Continuous Improvement Planning for meaningful staff development and parent involvement. You may use ESEA Title program staff development and parent involvement funds when both:

• Conference attendance, follow-up, and successful practices are woven together for improvement.

• The analyses of your data suggest a need for improving practices that serve diverse populations.
